Just for Fun I've created a post rank system to sort of encourage activeness.

I've also changed the chatbox fonts to include more font backups.
font-family:Cambria, Times New Roman, Nimbus Roman No9 L, Freeserif , Times, serif

I checked the color code Hong Kong Managers so now that will function properly.
